Summer 2026 Internship: Talent Acquisition Programs

The Talent Acquisition Programs Intern will be immersed in the multi-faceted functions of the TA Programs team. This individual will play a pivotal role in helping create a "best in class" Programs portfolio of outreach and engagement collateral and processes including the summer internship program itself.

Talent Acquisition Operations Intern:

• Collaborating with the Intern Program Manager and TA Programs Manager on a daily basis

• Organizing and/or creating collateral around QTS' various hiring programs

• Coordinating logistics around TA Programs events

• Assisting with pulling information for TA resources like our ATS, CRM or SharePoint sites

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, STEM, Data Science, or a related field.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data analysis and budgeting.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Must be a US Citizen

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current full-time enrollment in one of QTS’s partner institutions (listed below) or a Blackstone Launchpad affiliate school:

  • Auburn University

  • Kansas State University

  • Georgia State University

  • Southern Adventist University

  • Texas A&M University

  • University of Kansas

• Previous internship or co-op experience in construction, finance, technology, HR, facilities engineering, or related industries.

• Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Involvement in community activities outside of schoolwork (athletics, clubs, volunteering, part-time employment).
