Technical Writer (Part-Time)

Mujin is the future of industrial robotic systems in production and distribution environments. Our technology gives robots perception and awareness, enabling them to take on more advanced tasks. We aim to revolutionize the use of robotics within industry to free human resources from labor-intensive tasks to focus on more intellectual challenges.  

We are seeking a technical writer with a strong background in computer science and robotics research to craft compelling narratives and papers that highlight the value of our technologies and solutions. In this role, you will create content that explains complex robotics concepts in ways that resonate with industry stakeholders and decision-makers.

Your work will position our company as a thought leader in robotics and industrial automation, drive customer engagement, and enhance understanding of Mujin’s technology and solutions.

 Position Description:  

• Develop whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and technical articles that showcase the benefits of Mujin’s robotics solutions

• Write website copy, brochures, and promotional content that clearly and persuasively communicates the nature and advantages of Mujin’s technology

• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to publish industry insights and trend analyses  

• Gain deep understanding of products and services and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content 

• Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to align messaging

Position Requirements: 

• Technical background, pursuing an advanced degree in computer science, robotics, or a related field

• Strong written communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and synthesize technical information

Physical Demands/ Work Environment:   

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer 

• May spend time in warehouse environment to better understand technology/products
