Site preparation which consists of the following:
- Checking pins, tamping stone, installing straights (batter boards) for string line, screed stone.
- Ensure proper installation and sealing of precast concrete walls panels with accordance to standards set forth by Superior Walls of America.
- Verify diagonals are within Superior Walls Specifications. Pick up any debris left on jobsite and dispose of properly.
- To abide by all safety rules, policies and procedures.
Duties will vary according to classification, Lead man, second man, laborer.
Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to manually lift 80 lbs.
- Ability to follow specific directions
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to operate laser, cut saw, impact wrench, various drills
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Ability to ready shop prints and translate information into actual performance
- Ability to accurately read tape measures
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to hold privileged communications and information confidential
- Punctuality and reliability concerning work schedules
- Willing to work as required to accomplish company goals
Experience Requirement:
- Poured in Place or Block Foundations Experience is helpful
- Carpentry experience is a plus
- Crew Lead must possess layout skills and leadership abilities

- High School graduate level Math skills
