At Stevens Treatment Programs, we provide residential treatment and special education services to youth ages 11–22 who have experienced complex trauma and behavioral challenges. Our mission is to empower youth to lead successful lives through high-quality treatment and education in a safe, nurturing environment.

As a Teacher Assistant, you help students succeed academically while supporting their social, emotional, and behavioral growth. More importantly, you’ll become one of the caring adults who can truly make a lasting difference in a young person’s life.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
• One day each week (currently Wednesday): 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Remaining weekdays: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• One weekday ends at 2:00 PM to offset the extended Wednesday schedule.

Payrate

• $20.00–$21.50/hour, based on education and experience
• Additional $1.00/hour for demonstrated bilingual fluency in Spanish
• Potential $1.00/hour merit increase for medication administration responsibilities
