- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Oversee all shipping and receiving activities to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Review bills of lading, shipping notices, orders, and documentation to determine workflow and shipping priorities.
- Plan and optimize storage layouts, trailer loading, routing, and weight distribution.
- Inspect loading processes and equipment; coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Ensure proper movement of materials between receiving, storage, production, and outbound areas.
- Maintain records of shipments, inventory variances, unfilled orders, weights, freight charges, and dock appointments.
- Verify driver permits and documentation required for outbound loads.
- Standardize procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Address service-related complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
- Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- In this role you will earn a competitive annual base salary of $65,000-$70,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
- If you are assigned to work the 2nd or 3rd shift, you will receive an additional premium shift differential. Â

- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-3; years of warehouse experience, including lift-truck operation.
- 2-3; years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort with warehouse systems.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Ability to work assigned shift schedule (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).
