Scheduling: coordinate shifts, track worker hours, and schedule deliveries Safety & Compliance: maintains records of safety audits and employee hazard training or other information for annual survey.     Qualifications Skills Needed Computer Skills: Basic to moderate knowledge of programs like Excel or other software systems Organization: Must be highly organized. Communication: with managers, employees, and outside vendors. Basic Education: A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
