f. Ensure good startup with as little waste as possible.

g. Meet customer specifications according to written and verbal instructions.

1. Uses a high degree of “Attention” and “Concentration” to maintain the quality and consistency of the product. This procedure requires “Constant Attention” and “Constant Concentration” at all phases listed in bullet 1.

2. Must have a high degree of mental competence to make decisions quickly and react to problems when they occur, throughout the entire process, in a timely manner.

3. Must have a high degree of mental competence to make all necessary condition changes based on foam material properties and dimensions within the first 300 lbs. of extrusion.

4.Knowledge and experience to follow production process from extrusion to packaging to ensure highest quality possible.

5.Verbally communicates with team members to prevent and correct quality related issues using company telephones, intercom system and /or two-way radio.

6.Must have reading, writing and basic math skills to set temperatures, make tooling calculations, adjust speeds, and document all information to ensure the product is process correctly and meets customer specifications according to written and verbal instructions.
