ONSITE 5 DAYS A WEEK AT OUR SYCAMORE OFFICE

Job Purpose:

Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding high-touch service to our customers and will oversee their experience with our company. This role will provide our customers with proactive communication, follow through, and a speedy resolution to their questions, orders, quotes, and all other inquiries.

Job Responsibilities:

ā— Accurately enter customer orders into the SAP system and provide timely follow-up via phone, email, fax, or through Sales Representatives.
ā— Support inventory control by reviewing historical data and assisting in managing stock levels during order processing.
ā— Provide internal support to Outside Sales Representatives and assist with sales initiatives.
ā— Collaborate with internal departments and other divisions to resolve customer issues efficiently.
ā— Review customer purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
ā— Prepare customer quotes, sample requests, formal proposals, and generate sales leads for potential accounts.
ā— Manage customer complaints related to product use, including coordinating returns and replacements of defective parts.
ā— Process order modifications and communicate changes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

ā— Proven experience handling complex orders under tight deadlines.

ā— SAP Experience.

ā— Salary: $57,000-$59,000 annually

Work Experience:

ā— 1-3 years of related job experience.ā— Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.ā— Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

ā— High School Diploma/GED
