Ward Plumbing, Heating & Air has been serving Western North Carolina since 1977. We're looking for a motivated, organized professional to join our team as an HVAC Project Coordinator.

This is more than a scheduling position. You'll be the person who keeps residential HVAC replacement projects moving by coordinating customers, sales, installation teams, warehouse staff, and suppliers from the initial sale through project completion.

What You'll Do

Coordinate residential HVAC replacement projects from sale to completion
Schedule installation crews and manage project timelines
Communicate with customers throughout their project
Coordinate permits, inspections, equipment, materials, rebates, and warranty registrations
Support our Comfort Advisors with scheduling and sold-job processing
Work closely with installers, warehouse staff, and leadership to keep projects on track
Help identify process improvements and contribute to a positive team culture
Supervise one administrative team member

What We're Looking For

Excellent organizational and communication skills
Someone who enjoys coordinating people and solving problems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Experience in project coordination, operations, construction, or customer service is preferred

HVAC experience is a plus, but not required. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, professionalism, and organizational skills. We'll teach you the industry.

Schedule:

Day shift primarily 8:00am to 5:00pm
Monday to Friday
Some evenings, weekends or holidays as required

Supplemental pay types:

Bonus performance paid quarterly

Education:

Associates Degree or Higher, commensurate experience or training will be considered
