Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring Local Travel RNs and LPNs for a 13-week contract with set schedules, consistent hours, and a supportive in-house team.

Position Highlights

Schedule

• 13-week contract 
• 3x12-hour shifts (7p–7a) 
• Opportunity for additional shifts if desired 

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and care plans 
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately (within RN/LPN scope) 
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition promptly 
• Document care clearly and timely 
• Work collaboratively with CNAs, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team 
• Maintain a safe, respectful, resident-centered environment 

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license (state-licensed) 
• Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred 
• Strong clinical judgment and dependable attendance 
• Ability to commit to the full 13-week assignment 

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in SNF/LTC or post-acute care 
• Experience working agency or travel assignments
