Facilities Manager – Primary Responsibilities

Position Overview:
The Mid‑Level Facilities Manager supports the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of Kilian’s Syracuse manufacturing facility, maintaining building systems, equipment reliability, and preventative maintenance activities consistent with IATF and Regal Rexnord standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support management of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, utilities, and infrastructure systems.
- Execute preventative maintenance aligned with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
- Support machining, bearing production, and assembly operations.
- Troubleshoot equipment including PLC interfaces and safety systems.
- Coordinate contractors for environmental, safety, and facility services.
- Support OSHA/EPA compliance, hazardous materials handling, and LOTO.
- Maintain facility documentation, inspections, and work order systems.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Broad mechanical, electrical, and HVAC facility knowledge.
- Experience in manufacturing facility maintenance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Knowledge of hazardous materials requirements and risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with ISO and IATF environments.
 

Facilities Manager – Kilian Manufacturing (Regal Rexnord)
Location: Syracuse, NY

Overview:
Seeking a Facilities Manager to support building systems, preventative maintenance, safety, and contractor coordination in a precision bearing manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and facility systems.
- Support PM programs aligned with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
- Assist with equipment troubleshooting and safety systems.
- Coordinate contractors and support environmental compliance.

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years manufacturing facilities experience.
- Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
 

Wage information:

from $41.00/hr. to $52.00/hr.
