We're seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager to help lead maintenance operations at our beautiful 408-unit community in Syracuse, NY. Working alongside an experienced Service Manager and Regional Service Manager, you'll play a key role in mentoring the maintenance team, solving complex maintenance challenges, and maintaining a community residents are proud to call home. Why Morgan?

• $24.00- $26.00 per hour
• $300 Quarterly Morgan Essentials Bonus
• Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM to 5 PM
• On-call rotation will be required 

What You'll Do

• Support the Service Manager in leading daily maintenance operations
• Perform advanced HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs
• Coordinate work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance
• Mentor technicians while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Help create a safe, efficient, and resident-focused community

What We're Looking For

• Multifamily maintenance experience preferred
• EPA/HVAC Certification strongly preferred
• Leadership or lead technician experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
