In this critical role, you will assist him in maintaining key independent living skills, support him with skills to communicate and interact with others, and accompany him in experiencing social, recreational, and interested opportunities in his home and community. The ideal candidate for the DSP position will have effective communication and leadership skills, patience, and strong organizational skills. Please respond with a resume or summary of experience.     Candidate must possess a keen sense of attention to detail, especially when electronically logging each day's time, mileage, and service documentation. DSP must have a valid email address.   Hours and days of work Monday and Thursday (11 AM - 5 PM) A Saturday shift or two per month may need coverage as events occur. Full-time opportunities may be available with additional individuals within the agency.     Pay rate: $22 per hour when providing direct support. The hourly rate for indirect/training is $16 per hour.
