The ideal candidate will assist her in maintaining and developing independence both at home and within the community. Key Responsibilities: Provide assistance with light personal care. Support participation in community activities and social engagements. Foster meaningful connections and promote the development of social skills. About the Individual: This individual is active, enjoys going to the gym, and loves animals. The right candidate will share these interests and bring energy, patience, and enthusiasm to the role. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Reliable transportation is essential. Prior experience as a DSP is preferred but not required—training will be provided. Must successfully complete background checks, fingerprinting, and a DMV record check (conducted by the agency). Schedule and Availability: Primary hours: Monday–Friday, 4:00–7:00 PM (after school). Occasional weekend hours as needed. Additional hours may become available after hire. Flexible scheduling options depending on individual and DSP compatibility.
