Documentation Auditor/Process Verification Specialist

Department: Quality Control

Reports to: Quality Control Manager

Location: Liverpool

Full-Time: A typical work schedule is standard business hours, 8:30 a.m.– 5:00 p.m., with the flexibility to handle escalations or support during peak times or special projects.

Pay Schedule: Weekly

Non-Exempt: Compensation starts at $44,000 to $55,000 annually, depending on experience.

Shift Differential: 2nd Shift, +$1. hour, 3rd Shift, +$2. Hour (Based on hours worked)

Benefits: Begin the first day after the first two full months of employment

Position Summary


Immediate Mailing Services is looking for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems, verifying information, and making sure things are done the right way.

This role is ideal for someone who notices when something doesn’t look right, isn’t afraid to ask questions, and takes pride in making sure documentation and processes are accurate and compliant.

You will work across departments reviewing documentation, identifying discrepancies, and helping teams maintain high standards of accuracy and accountability.


What You’ll Do

  • Review and audit documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards
  • Verify records across systems such as SharePoint, JIRA, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office
  • Identify inconsistencies, errors, or missing information and work with teams to resolve them
  • Maintain detailed audit logs and track recurring issues or trends
  • Communicate with employees and departments to clarify documentation or process questions
  • Escalate issues appropriately when documentation or procedures do not meet standards
  • Assist with improving documentation workflows and process consistency
  • Prepare summaries and reports for management review

Minimum Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in documentation review, auditing, quality assurance, or administrative coordination
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

Experience with SharePoint, JIRA, or HubSpot is a plus but not required.

  • Office environment with extended periods of sitting and computer use.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • May occasionally be required to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Fast-paced, deadline-driven setting requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
