What You'll Do:

Provide individualized job coaching and support to people receiving employment services.

Encourage skill-building, independence, and workplace inclusion.

Partner with employers to promote successful job placements and retention.

Assist in career planning and goal-setting for individuals seeking employment.

Qualifications Include:

Associate's Degree in Human Services or a related field (preferred)

Minimum 1 year of experience working with people with disabilities

Or a combination of education and experience equivalent to the above

Valid NYS Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
