Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented Facility Operations Readiness Manager to join our team! In this role you will support the clients transition from construction and commissioning into operations through readiness planning, turnover coordination, procedure support, staffing readiness, and operational performance tracking. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support operations readiness planning, startup and ramp support, operating model coordination, and turnover-to-operations planning. 
  • Coordinate workstreams tied to operational risk tracking, systems handover, and maintenance readiness. 
  • Work with facilities, operations, engineering, EHS, quality, and maintenance teams as directed by project leadership. 
  • Support development, review, organization, and implementation tracking for operating procedures and maintenance procedures. 
  • Support staffing readiness plans, training matrices, and spare parts readiness activities. 
  • Track operational KPIs, facilities performance measures, issue logs, and action registers. 
  • Provide recommendations and administrative support to the clients operating teams. 
  • Perform all services without assuming responsibility for clients operations or directing the EPC Contractor’s or Construction Manager’s work unless expressly authorized in writing.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, facilities management, construction management, or related field, or equivalent and 10+ years of related experience.
  • Experience supporting startup, operations readiness, or transition-to-operations activities.
  • Ability to coordinate procedures, training readiness, KPI tracking, and cross-functional handoffs.
  • Strong organization and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Experience working across operations, maintenance, engineering, and EHS teams.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Experience on large industrial or manufacturing startup programs.
  • Familiarity with maintenance readiness, spare parts planning, and performance tracking.
  • Experience supporting operations handover after commissioning.

Salary Range: $88,400.00 - $154,700.00
