Position: Inside Sales Representative
Status: Full-Time
Shift: Monday–Friday | 10:30AM - 7:00PM + every other Saturday (shorter shift)

What You’ll Do:

Engage inbound and outbound leads to schedule qualified sales appointments
Represent Renewal by Andersen with enthusiasm and professionalism
Hit and exceed daily and weekly goals to unlock bonuses
Use CRM tools to track leads, appointments, and performance
Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching to sharpen your skills

Compensation:

$17/hour base pay + Uncapped Bonuses
Average team members earn $1,000+ in monthly bonuses, with top performers earning much more!

What We’re Looking For:

✅ A positive, outgoing attitude and strong communication skills
✅ Sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
✅ Comfortable using computer systems and learning new tools
✅ A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

✅High School Diploma or equivalent required

✅2+ Years' prior experience working in a call center or inside sales preferred
