This is a base + commission role! 


 Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & financial goals established by the company
  • Manage and grow an existing customer base through sales initiatives, while continuing to expand current customers
  • Drive sales of current products to MRO/OEM and end users by creating and implementing marketing/business strategies while utilizing current market trends
  • Make scheduled sales calls to determine active, inactive and prospective accounts
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with all established accounts while building foundations for new customer relationships
  • Use of CRM system and marketing platforms to track sales calls, and activities performed


 Qualifications: 

  • Motivated self-starter with a strong proven track record of 2+ years of sales success preferred but not required, and the ability to meet & exceed target goals
  • BA in Business, or another related field preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Highly organized, with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
