What you’ll do:

We are seeking an IoT Product Engineer to support engineering deliverables on customer-facing programs. This role contributes to requirements and interface definition, design and documentation, and verification activities under the guidance of a senior engineer or technical lead to help deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality products and systems on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Engineering and Requirements Management: Support requirements and interface clarification by documenting assumptions, tracking questions, and confirming acceptance criteria with the team. Support system design and development by helping define functional/technical requirements, interfaces (ICDs), and traceability from requirements to design and test evidence. Create and update electrical design artifacts (schematics, wiring, calculations, and parts lists) and participate in peer reviews to ensure quality and standard compliance. Maintain accurate, controlled documentation (drawings, calculations, analyses, and compliance evidence) in accordance with engineering and quality processes.

Verification, Validation and Integration: Support verification and validation activities by drafting test plans/procedures, helping set up tests, collecting data, and contributing to reports. Contribute to system integration and system test engineering activities (test planning, test setup, execution, data analysis, and issue tracking) to verify end-to-end performance against requirements.

Issue Resolution: Identify technical risks and issues, escalate as needed, and assist with root-cause investigations and corrective actions for test, production, or field findings. Contribute to customer-facing technical discussions by preparing materials, documenting action items, and supporting timely closure with the team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in design reviews by presenting work products, incorporating feedback, and following standard work and engineering best practices. Collaborate with Program Management, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues, support change requests, and keep tasks aligned to schedule.

What will make you successful?
