We are looking for a motivated Registered Nurse to lead our Syracuse team and advance into a clinical leadership position.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Nursing or a related 4-year degree and hold a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
Applicants must possess a minimum of 2 years of RN experience, including at least 1 year in home health or a related field, along with supervisory experience within the last 3 years.
The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to supervise our Syracuse team and grow into a clinical leadership role. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who excels in clinical oversight, compliance, team development, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinical operations and staff performance
Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Nursing (NLN-accredited) or a 4-year degree (preferred)
Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
2+ years RN experience, with at least 1 year in home health or a related field (preferred)
Supervisory experience within the last 3 years

Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 annually
This range represents NurseCore’s good faith estimate of compensation in compliance with New York pay transparency laws. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location.
