Your Role in Unpacking PossibilitiesÂ
The primary purpose of the Material Handler is to support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations by palletizing finished product according to specifications and preparing materials for warehouse handling and shipment. This role helps ensure product integrity, maintains workplace organization, and contributes to a positive employee experience through teamwork, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.Â
What You'll Be Responsible ForÂ
Product Handling & PalletizingÂ
Accurately palletize and stack finished products according to specifications and customer requirementsÂ
Inspect products during palletizing to ensure proper packaging, labeling, and quality standards are metÂ
Secure and prepare finished pallets for warehouse transfer and shipmentÂ
Complete required documentation accurately and timelyÂ
Quality & ComplianceÂ
Monitor product quality throughout the palletizing processÂ
Identify and report product defects, packaging concerns, or process issuesÂ
Follow all HACCP, GMP, food safety, and quality standardsÂ
Support compliance with company policies and operational proceduresÂ
Safety & HousekeepingÂ
Follow all safety requirements, PPE expectations, and material handling proceduresÂ
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment using 5S principlesÂ
Remove and manage scrap bins safely and efficientlyÂ
Report safety concerns, near misses, and equipment issues immediatelyÂ
Teamwork & Continuous ImprovementÂ
Support production flow by assisting operators and team members as neededÂ
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve daily production goalsÂ
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiencyÂ
Contribute to a culture built on respect, accountability, and teamworkÂ

This position is performed in a manufacturing environment and requires:Â
Frequent standing and walkingÂ

Frequent lifting and carrying of materials up to 50 poundsÂ
Occasional team-assisted lifting of items exceeding 50 poundsÂ
Exposure to manufacturing equipment, noise, and industrial conditionsÂ
Hearing and visual acuity sufficient to safely perform job dutiesÂ
Ability to wear required PPE and comply with all safety standardsÂ

Hourly Statement Â
The starting rate of pay for this position is expected to be $20.00; however, starting pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience between $20.00 and $22.00. $2.00 differential may apply to second and third shifts. Â
