We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team, on second shift!
- Monday - Thursday- 2:15 PM - 12:45 AM
- Pay Rate: $21-25.50 (Plus an additional dollar for shift differential)
Overview: Fabricate orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery safely according to company policies
- Perform secondary inspection and advise supervisor of shortfalls in quality and temporarily suspends sorting until issue is resolved
- Cross train and assist in other departments as required
To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following regarding:
Experience:Â 1 year of manufacturing experience
Education:Â HS Diploma
Skills:Â Proficiency working in a computer supported environment with business software, basic math and language skills, strong attention to detail
Characteristics:Â Results driven, ability to take initiative and challenge the status quo, ability to meet deadlines and work in a team atmosphere to deliver results
