Program Manager – Day Habilitation

Full-Time Opportunity Available! 

Arc of Onondaga is looking for a dynamic Program Manager to lead one of our Day Habilitation programs within our Community Supports division. Be part of a forward-thinking team that's redefining how supports are delivered to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You'll hire, train, and support a team of Direct Support Professionals while creating engaging, person-centered programming. If you enjoy leadership, creativity, and making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Valid NYS driver's license with an acceptable driving record
