Job Summary
Â
We are seeking a Project Manager to support cross-functional initiatives across our commercial real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for driving system implementations, operational projects, and process improvements, while ensuring alignment across Accounting, Lease Administration, Property Management, and Business Intelligence.
This is a highly collaborative, detail-oriented role requiring strong project ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate complex, system-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for operational and system-related initiatives
- Partner with internal teams to implement and optimize systems such as Yardi Voyager and related tools
- Act as a central point of contact across departments to ensure alignment, accountability, and clear communication
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
- Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely execution
- Support data accuracy and integrity across systems and reporting outputs
- Develop and maintain SOPs to standardize processes across teams
- Coordinate rollout of new tools, features, and workflows across the organization
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of project management or operations experience
- Experience in commercial real estate or property management strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management/accounting systems
- Strong understanding of operational workflows, financial processes, and data management
- Advanced Excel skills (SQL or reporting experience is a plus)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
