Job DetailsJob Location: Caseys Place Syracuse - Syracuse, NY 13205Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 HourlyJob Shift: DayJob Category: Nonprofit - Social ServicesThe Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a specially trained Direct Support Professional (DSP) responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed to teach new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and promote independence for youth.  Responsibilities:  Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy behavior plans  Provide 1:1 direct services  Attend team meetings  Implement crisis intervention when necessary  Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment   Provide constant supervision and safety of the individuals    Complete adequate and necessary documentation during the shift, including reading and signing all necessary documentation, thoroughly and on time   Promote social independence and community involvement  Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors  Adhere to all rules, regulations, policies and procedures   Remain in compliance with all Elmcrest and oversight agency trainings  Other Duties as Assigned: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
