Arc of Onondaga is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

As an RN at Arc of Onondaga, you'll advocate for the health, safety, and well-being of the people we support while collaborating with direct-care staff, families, and healthcare providers to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain individualized care and treatment plans.
  • Monitor medication administration and ensure appropriate documentation and follow-up.
  • Train and support direct-care staff in safe medication administration.
  • Facilitate and coordinate healthcare services and medical appointments.
  • Communicate and collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and support staff.
  • Advocate for the health, dignity, independence, and quality of life of the individuals we support.
  • Manage and maintain a consistent caseload.
