Job Summary
Â
We are seeking a Systems Support Analyst to serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day system support across our commercial real estate portfolio. This role will focus on troubleshooting issues, supporting end users, and ensuring the smooth operation of key business systems.
In addition to frontline support, this role will contribute to system enhancements, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and comfortable working across multiple systems and departments in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Serve as first-line support for system-related issues across Yardi
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, escalating more complex problems as needed
- Monitor support requests and ensure timely resolution and follow-up
- Assist with system configuration, setup, and maintenance tasks
- Support data entry, cleanup, and validation efforts to maintain data integrity
- Partner with BI and Project Management teams to support system implementations and enhancements
- Document common issues, resolutions, and processes to build a scalable knowledge base
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to systems or workflows
- Assist with user training and adoption of new tools and processes
Qualifications
Required:
- 1–4+ years of experience in systems support, operations, or a similar role
- Experience with property management or accounting systems (Yardi preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and navigate complex workflows
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests
Preferred:
- Exposure to SQL or data querying
- Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades
- Familiarity with ticketing/helpdesk systems
- Interest in process improvement or system optimization
