In the role of Associate Project Manager Intern, we'll count on you to:

 o   Perform engineering calculations, code reviews, sizing, and selecting materials & equipment.

o   Participate in site visits and surveys - Develop drawings.

o   Develop procurement and construction specifications

o   Perform bid evaluations

o   Evaluate existing systems and equipment

o   Technical/report writing, participating in team meetings, communicating with equipment vendors

o   Perform other duties as needed.

 

 Preferred Qualifications

o   Previous internship or coursework in power and energy

o   Minimum 3.0 GPA

o   Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to the field of study/industry

o   Experience with computer-aided design programs (AutoCAD, MicroStation, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.)

o   Preference is given to local candidates



Required Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program
  • Attention to detail
  • Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
