His family is looking for dedicated and consistent staff who will take him out in the community to participate in a variety of activities such as going to the YMCA, participating in craft and cooking classes, going to Movie Tavern, being active outdoors with sports, and provide him with support and supervision.     Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accompanying him in activities in the community, supporting him with health and safety needs, and providing transportation.     We are looking for an individual who is dependable, patient, enthusiastic, and able to work independently. Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and a high school diploma or GED are required. Background check, fingerprinting, and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hiring by the non-profit agency.    Hours: 13 hours per week: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays: 4-7pm, and anytime on the weekends.     Pay rate: $19 per hour    Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities a plus, but not a requirement. Indera is an Equal Opportunity Employer     Interested applicants may apply or contact Karen at (315) 234-4927 for more information.   Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license  Must be at least 18 years old Effective communication and organizational skills required.
