Electrician

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Part-Time Electrician to join our team in Syracuse, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in  commercial electrical work, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment.

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostic testing.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

• Ensure work complies with local and national electrical codes.

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid NYS Electrical License or equivalent experience preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of electrical experience (commercial).

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-time position (flexible hours; approximately 15–25 hours per week).

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

• Potential for additional hours or full-time opportunities as workload increases.
