Arc of Onondaga is actively seeking dedicated, compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our Residential Team in relief positions serving the Liverpool, Cicero, and Baldwinsville areas.

As a Residential DSP (Relief), you'll provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities on an as-needed basis. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking flexible scheduling while still building meaningful relationships and making a lasting impact.

 

What You'll Do:

 

Provide hands-on support and daily living assistance

Offer instruction, mentorship, and encouragement

Support individuals in achieving personal goals

Promote independence, community integration, and self-confidence

Help create a safe, positive, and empowering home environment

✅ Education & Experience:

 

High School diploma or GED

Valid NYS Driver's License Passion for supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

A positive, patient, and encouraging approach
