Job Duties
- Disaster Cleanup — Perform fire, water, mold, and specialty mitigation services
- Customer Service — Treat every customer as the boss; deliver exceptional service with no excuses
- Heavy Lifting & Physical Labor — Safely handle equipment, debris, and high‑exertion tasks
- Team Collaboration — Work closely with peers to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
- On‑Site Problem Solving — Adapt quickly to unpredictable situations and unique damage scenarios
- Extended Work Hours — Assist with jobs that run late into the evening or require immediate response
- On‑Call Rotation — Participate in scheduled on‑call shifts for after‑hours emergencies
- Maintain Professional Appearance — Arrive clean-cut, presentable, and ready to represent the company
- Safe Driving — Operate company vehicles responsibly when assigned
Qualifications
- Strong People Skills — Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully

On‑Call Schedule
Technicians rotate through scheduled on‑call shifts each month to respond to emergencies. This role requires flexibility and willingness to work:
