- Summary of the Job Description & How It Fits Into the Company
Our Restoration Technicians are the core of our team. When a home or business is damaged, you’re the one who helps put it back together. You’ll work with project managers, learn new skills, and take hands‑on tasks that truly make a difference. This job is active, physical, and changes day‑to‑day — great for someone who likes working with their hands, solving problems, and seeing real results. Our project managers are always willing to train the right applicant if and when the need arises.
 - Job Duties
- Help project managers with daily tasks
- Use the right tools for remodeling work
- Interior finish carpentry (trim, flooring, cabinetry, etc.)
- Assist with restoration tasks like painting, staining, drywall repair, tile work, insulation, and basic plumbing/electrical
- Move and transport equipment and materials
- Keep job sites and tools clean
- Track your time at each job site
- Complete other general tasks as needed
- Follow all company safety rules
- Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to speak and write in English
- Basic math skills
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs
- Able to safely use hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professionalism
- Good customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check
- Willing to wear PPE and work in mountain weather conditions
Preferred:
- Construction experience
- Experience with multiple phases of construction
- Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge
- Strong communication skills

This job involves working indoors and outdoors in all types of weather. You may work in tight spaces, around dust, debris, or damaged materials. The work can include climbing, lifting, and using tools. Some days are physically demanding — and no two days are the same.
