FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking an experienced Clinical Director / Lead Physical Therapist to help launch and lead a brand-new clinic in Yuma, AZ. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated clinician who wants to shape clinical excellence, mentor a team, and build a patient-first culture from the ground up.

At FYZICAL, quality care always comes before volume. As Clinical Director, you’ll balance hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities, setting the clinical standard while growing a high-performing, collaborative team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $90,000–$120,000+ (based on experience)

• Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus 

• $5,000 in relocation assistance

• Full-time position with flexible scheduling

• 3 weeks PTO

Position Overview

The Clinical Director will:

• Provide one-on-one patient care with 40-minute treatment sessions

• Maintain a manageable caseload while leading clinical operations

• Serve as the clinical authority and mentor for future staff

• Collaborate with ownership to drive quality, outcomes, and culture

• Play a key role in hiring, onboarding, and developing clinicians

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans

• Deliver evidence-based care in:

  • Orthopedic rehabilitation

  • Neurological rehabilitation

  • Balance and vestibular therapy

• Ensure high clinical standards, documentation quality, and best practices

• Mentor and support Physical Therapists and support staff

• Foster a positive, patient-centered, and growth-oriented clinic culture

• Contribute to strategic planning and clinic development

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Arizona (or license-eligible)

• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience preferred

• Prior leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience strongly preferred

• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

• Passion for patient-centered care and team development

• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in clinic growth

• New Clinical Directors welcome — leadership training and support provided
