You will: Deliver exceptional first impressions by answering incoming calls with warmth, confidence, and professionalism. Seamlessly book and confirm service appointments to keep our field technicians busy. Use proven call structures to handle inquiries while building genuine rapport with homeowners. Make outbound calls to warm leads and existing customers to help the team smash goals. Bring positivity, reliability, and a solution-oriented mindset to every shift.
