Puget Sound Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice CNA to join our interdisciplinary team in Thurston County. In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care in homes, adult family homes, and facilities, supporting patients and families through end-of-life care with comfort, dignity, and compassion.

What You’ll Do
Travel to multiple patient homes each day, providing 4–6 visits daily (no single 1:1 patient assignments)
Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
Monitor and report vital signs and patient conditions
Administer medications under nurse supervision
Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families
Maintain a safe, clean, and dignified care environment
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team on individualized care plans
Document patient care accurately and comply with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensed in Washington State
Experience in home health or hospice agency highly preferred
Compassionate, patient-focused, and empathetic
Reliable, insured transportation and valid WA driver’s license
