You Will Be Responsible For

  • Conducting scheduled individual counseling sessions
  • Completing intake assessments and required evaluations
  • Reviewing referrals and determining appropriate clinical needs
  • Establishing treatment goals and updating them as circumstances change
  • Maintaining complete and timely clinical records
  • Coordinating referrals and outside services when appropriate
  • Participating in case consultation or team communication when needed
  • Responding appropriately to clinical or safety concerns
  • Maintaining professional boundaries and client confidentiality
  • Active Washington LMHC license
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
  • Experience providing outpatient therapy services
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • 2 weeks paid time off
