Position Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an incredible opportunity to expand your role in nursing care through providing high-quality care focused on the comfort and well-being of patients and families.As an LPN at MultiCare you will work in collaboration with the nursing team to ensure the best possible health care outcomes and patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- You will provide age-appropriate care utilizing nursing education and knowledge of growth, development, and aging
- You will deliver daily routine care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups
- You will assist care team in implementing the nursing process utilizing your strong interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school or equivalent qualifying experience
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS)
- Current BLS certification
- License to pass medications may be required
- Previous experience as an LPN, in an acute care setting within the last three (3) years preferred
- Current experience in the assigned specialty, or successful completion of a specialty focused residency post hire
- Successful completion of appropriate competencies for assigned specialty

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $30.10 - $43.32 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
