Candidate must be able to work well with the elderly. Must have a current driver's license with a clean record. Successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsible for Light maintenance / painting / wall patching, some custodial, and other duties as needed. Must be self-motivated, energetic, extremely organized and have an eye for detail.

Previous experience preferred.

The ideal applicant is someone who desires success; embraces high standards of excellence; is motivated by new challenges and has the skills to complete the job including being organized, dependable, has knowledge of apartment rehabilitation, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry.
