⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1:30 PM – 12:20 AM
💵 Pay: $22–$25/hr + $2/hr swing‑shift differential

Milgard Windows & Doors is looking for a Powder Coat Finishing Operator to join our Swing Shift team in Fife, WA.

This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, quality finishes, and teamwork in a fast‑paced production environment.

🔍 What You’ll Do

As a Powder Coat Finishing Operator, you will play a critical role in product quality by:

🎨 Operating and supporting powder coating and finishing processes for aluminum/fiberglass components
🧪 Preparing materials through cleaning, masking, hanging, coating, curing, and inspection
✅ Ensuring finished products meet quality, appearance, and durability standards
📦 Supporting production goals including On‑Time Delivery, Quality, Safety, Scrap Reduction, and Efficiency
🛠️ Following standard work instructions and work orders accurately
🦺 Adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required PPE
🧹 Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe powder coat and work area

💡 What You Bring

🏭 1+ year of experience in powder coating, painting, manufacturing, or industrial finishing (preferred)
🎯 Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work
🔧 Comfortable using hand and power tools
📏 Ability to read a tape measure
➗ Basic math skills, including fractions
💪 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
🌟 Willingness to learn, follow processes, and work as part of a team
