Production Worker I – Grave Yard Shift
Location: Fife, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
Starting Pay:$22.00–$25.00/hour + $2.00/hour Shift Differential

Milgard Windows & Doors is hiring a Production Worker I to support our Grave Shift operations in Fife, WA. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, active work and take pride in delivering high‑quality results. 🪟✨
What You’ll Do
You’ll support our fiberglass lineal production process by:
- Ensuring key operational goals are met: On‑Time Delivery, Quality, Productivity, Safety, Housekeeping, and Scrap reduction
- Following standard work instructions to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Delivering high‑quality work on schedule to help meet customer expectations
- Demonstrating Milgard’s Core Values in all workplace interactions
- Adhering to all safety procedures and wearing required PPE
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What You Bring
- 1 year of related work experience preferred (Manufacturing, Warehouse, Fiberglass, Painting)
- Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measure
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, fractions)
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. unassisted
