Description
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope of work
Safety management of all resources and job sites
Manage and maintain emergency preparedness program and service response
Manage shop resources including tools, equipment vehicles and staff
Plan and schedule project timelines using appropriate tools
Develop and deliver progress reports, required documentation and presentations
Draft and submit budget proposal and recommend budget changes when necessary
Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards
Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
Minimizes our exposure and risk on a project
Ensures Project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Project close-outs including all documentation and analysis as necessary
Profile
University degree or college diploma in the field of Project Management
Five years direct work experience in a project management capacity
Strong familiarity with project management software such as ProCore
Budgeting and Estimating experience and skills developing written work scopes
Technically competent with various software such as Microsoft Office and Project
Demonstrated experience (and has good record) in personnel management
Demonstrated ability and competent writer of business letters, quotes, and proposals
Experienced in working independently and in a team-oriented environment
Can conform shifting priorities, demands and timelines through problem solving
Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
Flexible through times of change
Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity
Strong written and oral communication skills
Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under a high-pressure environment
Able to add any and all duties to their job description as needed and when needed

Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines or handle emergency services
Physical ability to participate in training sessions, presentations, or meetings
Some travel may be required for the purpose of meetings with clients or checking jobs
