Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in Puyallup, Washington. This is a full-time, in-person position in a school setting. Whether you’re an experienced school-based RBT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we’d love to hear from you!

Position:Â School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Schedule: Full Time, 26-27 School Year; 35 hours per week
Setting: In-person, K–12 public school environment
Start Date: September 1, 2026

Responsibilities:
Provide school-based RBT services including treatment
Provide thorough documentation and collaborate with BCBA
Work alongside teachers and special education staff
Maintain timely documentation and progress notes
Â
Qualifications:
Must hold Washington CBT license
Must hold RBT certification
Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
