Job Description:

School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full Time | Puyallup, WA | 2026-2027 School Year | 35 hours per week!
 

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in Puyallup, Washington. This is a full-time, in-person position in a school setting. Whether you’re an experienced school-based RBT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Highlights:

• Location: Puyallup, WA

• Position: School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Schedule: Full Time, 26-27 School Year; 35 hours per week

• Setting: In-person, K–12 public school environment

• Start Date: September 1, 2026
   

Responsibilities:

• Provide school-based RBT services including treatment

• Provide thorough documentation and collaborate with BCBA

• Work alongside teachers and special education staff

• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes
   

Qualifications:

• Must hold Washington CBT license

• Must hold RBT certification

• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
