About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with service inquiries and provide expert advice on RV and diesel repairs.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow in the shop.
- Prepare and present repair estimates to customers.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in RV and diesel service.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of RV and diesel vehicle systems and repairs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Proficient in using service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
