Job Description:

School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Puyallup, WA | 2026-2027 School Year Starting in August! | Multiple Positions Available!
 

Hello SLPs!
Come work with a local, woman- and therapist-founded and operated company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring School Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in Puyallup, WA! Whether you are a CF-SLP or a seasoned provider, we would love to hear from you.
 

Position Details:

  • In-person, school-based role
  • K-12 caseload
  • Full time hours - 1.0 FTE for the entire school year
  • Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy
  • Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation
  • Collaborate with school special education teams
     

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Washington state SLP license
  • Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate - or eligible to apply
  • Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply – we provide supervision and mentorship
