We're growing and looking for a passionate, results-driven sales professional with a strong background in the Wine and Spirits industry to join our dynamic Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated go-getter with the ability to grow and nurture a territory. In the role of Territory Sales at ANW, you ll play a key role in building lasting relationships, sharing stories, and helping businesses navigate the complex world of wine, spirits, and other beverages. You'll be responsible for servicing current accounts while actively driving growth by adding new clients through regular face-to-face visits, emails, phone calls, and text messages each week. We are proud to represent an expansive portfolio of fine wine, spirits, non-alcoholic beverages, and the finest glassware. Our custom-built CRM and other software put all the tools for success at your fingertips.
Pay includes commission (6-7%), a sales allowance (1%) or mileage reimbursement ($0.30 per mile), brand bonuses and incentives, and a sales commission bonus (up to an additional 6-7% of sales). Multiple established territories are available.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of Wine & Spirits industry experience
Strong relationship-building skills
Attention to detail and understanding of customer needs
Valid driver's license and insurance
Clean driving record
Strong computer literacy
Wine certification (preferred)
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Route Sales
Daily in-person service of assigned accounts guided by the CRM
Prospecting inactive and new accounts along the route
Building authentic connections with business owners and decision-makers
Presenting and selling new products
Communicating and negotiating allocated goods when necessary
Conducting gap analysis using the CRM to grow distribution within assigned accounts
Occasionally delivering orders promptly and ensuring payment is received
Meeting or exceeding weekly KPIs, including in-person sales calls, active accounts, and revenue targets
Adapting and pivoting with a changing industry to meet business needs
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
Working Conditions & Physical Abilities:
On the road, driving
Daily in-person visits to grocery stores, bars, and restaurants
Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting/carrying up to 75 pounds
Reading and writing using a computer, tablet, and/or smartphone
