Multicare Endocrine Specialists is seeking a dedicated expert in thyroid disease and endocrine oncology to help lead the development of a world-class thyroid program within a dynamic, cross-collaborative health system. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our cancer institute, endocrine surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to advance the diagnosis and management of thyroid nodules, thyroid cancer, and complex endocrinopathies. Ideal candidates will bring clinical expertise, a spirit of collaboration, and passion for building high-impact, patient-centered programs that elevate the standard of care across the health system.
Position Summary
MultiCare Health System is seeking a full-time BE/BC Endocrinologist to join an established and expanding group practice. This service supports referrals from our large employed medical group and other community providers. This is a full-time position and is a 99% outpatient practice with an opportunity for research if desired.Providers at MultiCare are recognized as being among the best in the Northwest Region. Requirements
- Successful completion of an endocrinology fellowship
- Board certified/eligible at time of employment
- Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $292,100.00 - $292,100.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
