Position:Â Full-Time Home Health Registered Nurses (RN)
Location:Â Pierce County, Washington
Salary:Â $45-60 an hour, DOE and a $7,500 Sign-on Bonus!

Key Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive in-home patient assessments
Develop care plans under primary care providers' orders
Provide direct patient care per the plan of care and scope of practice
Ensure accurate and timely documentation
Participate in QAPI program for top-notch patient care
Coordinate interdisciplinary home health services
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred
Current BLS certification from AHA
Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
