Job DetailsJob Location: CNHHS - Tahlequah, OK 74464Position Type: Full TimeThe Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive nursing care, symptom management, and emotional support to patients and families throughout end-of-life care. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, highly organized, and committed to delivering comfort-focused, dignified care in alignment with each patient's goals and wishes.  CNHHS/Hospice of the Cherokee is dedicated to providing exceptional hospice services rooted in compassion, respect, and individualized care. Our interdisciplinary team works closely with patients and families to ensure comfort, clarity, and support at every stage of the hospice journey. We value teamwork, integrity, and a heartfelt commitment to improving quality of life.  QualificationsQualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice 1-2 years of recent clinical nursing experience  Strong clinical assessment skills, including pain and symptom management Knowledge of hospice philosophy, end-of-life care standards, and regulatory requirements Proficiency with EMR/EHR documentation and timely charting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Ability to work independently, manage time well, and prioritize visits Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and emotional resilience Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy
