We value teamwork, integrity, and a heartfelt commitment to improving quality of life.  QualificationsQualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice 1-2 years of recent clinical nursing experience  Strong clinical assessment skills, including pain and symptom management Knowledge of hospice philosophy, end-of-life care standards, and regulatory requirements Proficiency with EMR/EHR documentation and timely charting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Ability to work independently, manage time well, and prioritize visits Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and emotional resilience Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy
